Adjust Your Course

Length: 15 minutes|Difficulty: Standard

No journey is ever a straight line. Plans change. Life throws curveballs. What matters most is staying flexible and checking in with yourself often. Great athletes adjust mid-game. Smart creators change direction when something’s not working. You can do the same. Think of your goals like a GPS—you might take wrong turns, but as long as you keep checking in and updating your route, you’ll still get there.

STEP 01.

Pause and Reflect

Once a week, ask yourself: What’s going well? What’s feeling off? Write it down. It doesn’t have to be perfect—just real.

STEP 02.

Adjust the Plan

Based on your check-in, make one small change. Maybe it’s shifting a goal, trying a new study method, or taking more breaks. Adjustments = growth, not failure.

STEP 03.

Keep Moving

Don’t freeze if something didn’t work. Progress comes from action. Keep going with your new plan, and check back in next week.
